Halter is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and customer success in the North Canterbury / Selwyn region. You will be on-the-ground, traveling to farms, building relationships, and executing growth strategies with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• A deep passion for helping farmers succeed.
• Experience in farm systems or within the agricultural sector.
• Ability to own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Demonstrated hunter attitude and goal orientation.

Responsibilities

• On-farm sales meetings to understand needs and communicate Halter's value.
• Prospecting to build and grow a quality farm pipeline.
• Networking to establish Halter's brand in the industry.
• Forecasting with the Regional Sales Manager for revenue planning.
• Growth initiatives to speed up and improve the sales process.
