Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Liskeard is seeking an Agri Sales Team Member to support customers with product knowledge and great service. This is a part-time, customer-facing role that requires enthusiasm for agriculture and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

You will assist customers, promote products and campaigns, manage stock for deliveries, and contribute to an excellent in-store experience with a friendly, helpful manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural products and the rural community is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Description

We’re looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Agri Sales Team Member to join our retail team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll use your passion for agriculture and great service to support our customers and help grow our business. If you enjoy working with people, have a keen interest in the rural sector, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part-time

Hours of Work: 25 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days (may include weekends)

As an Agri Sales Team Member, you’ll be a key part of the store team, helping customers find the right products and solutions for their needs. You’ll build trusted relationships, share your knowledge, and support the team in delivering a great in-store experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service to all customers
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Promoting our products, services, and seasonal campaigns
• Making proactive calls and emails to encourage repeat trade

About You
