Mole Valley Farmers Limited in Newbury is seeking an Agri Sales Specialist to support farming members and shareholders, promoting our full agricultural portfolio and driving branch sales.

This permanent, full-time role offers 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7) with a focus on delivering tailored farming advice and strong customer service. You will work with retail and agri sales colleagues to ensure a customer-first approach and reflect our values.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of farming and agricultural marketplace is essential.
• Previous retail or sales experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Agri Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our farming members and shareholders, promoting our full agricultural product portfolio, and driving sales within the branch. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

As an Agri Sales Specialist, you’ll be the trusted partner for our farming customers, delivering tailored advice and solutions that make a real difference. You’ll work closely with retail and external agri sales colleagues to ensure every interaction puts the customer first and reflects our values.

• Proactively promoting agricultural products and services to members and shareholders

About You

• Knowledge of farming and the agricultural/countryside marketplace (essential)
• Previous retail or sales experience (desirable)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service
• Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Awareness of Data Protection/GDPR and Health & Safety standards
• You’ll be confident, proactive, and approachable, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude.
• A willingness to learn and grow within a customer-focused sales environment is key.
