Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking an Agri Sales Manager in Frome to lead our agricultural sales team and drive strong commercial performance. You will own sales targets, nurture key customer relationships, and develop a high-performing, knowledgeable team focused on service excellence.

The role requires a permanent, full-time commitment with 37.5 hours per week across 5 days. A customer-first, proactive leadership style will help grow loyalty and positive community impact.

We’re looking for a confident and knowledgeable Agri Sales Manager to lead our agricultural sales team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive commercial performance, build strong customer relationships, and support the success of our rural community. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working 5 days out of 7

As Agri Sales Manager, you’ll be a visible and approachable leader, supporting your team to deliver excellent service and strong commercial results. You’ll take ownership of agricultural sales performance, customer engagement, and team development, while helping to create a positive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
