Qualifications

• Knowledge of farming and the agricultural/countryside marketplace (essential).
• Previous retail or sales experience (desirable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service.
• Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Awareness of Data Protection/GDPR and Health & Safety standards.
• Confident, proactive and approachable with a team-oriented attitude.

We\'re looking for a confident and customer-focused Agri Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our farming members and shareholders, promoting our full agricultural product portfolio, and driving sales within the branch. About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

As an Agri Sales Specialist, you\'ll be the trusted partner for our farming customers, delivering tailored advice and solutions that make a real difference. You\'ll work closely with retail and external agri sales colleagues to ensure every interaction puts the customer first and reflects our values.
