Job Description:

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow. They offer a remote flexi working policy (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).

They are seeking an Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultant to join a rapidly growing team, working on key projects in sectors such as Government, Finance, Retail & Energy.

The budget is up to £55k + full benefits + flexible remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in Agile teams. Experience across sectors from public to start-ups is welcome.
• Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect across teams and levels.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro.
• Ability to coach teams and individuals, balancing leadership and autonomy.
• Experience in consultancy and/or government sectors is preferred but not essential.
