As an Agile Delivery Manager, you'll help our product teams do their best work and deliver great outcomes for our customers and the business. You'll work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to keep priorities clear, delivery on track, and teams focused on what matters most. This role is all about enabling success. You'll support teams to overcome challenges, improve the way they work, and deliver value in a consistent and predictable way. Whether it's helping to remove blockers, managing dependencies, facilitating planning, or using data to identify opportunities for improvement, you'll play a key part in keeping momentum high.
You'll be someone who enjoys bringing people together, building strong relationships, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work. You'll encourage collaboration, support continuous improvement, and help foster a culture where ideas are shared openly and challenges are tackled together. In a fast-moving technology environment, you'll help teams navigate change, overcome obstacles, and turn great ideas into valuable outcomes for our customers and the business.
You're a passionate Agile Delivery Manager who thrives on helping teams deliver value at pace while continuously improving how they work. You are comfortable using delivery data, flow metrics and team insights to drive informed decision-making, improve predictability, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. You excel at managing priorities, risks, dependencies and stakeholders in complex environments and can balance strategic objectives with day-to-day delivery needs. Most importantly, you're motivated by delivering meaningful business value, creating an environment where teams can do their best work, and fostering a culture of learning, transparency and continuous improvement.
