Job summary

The AA is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Chief Technology Office in London on a hybrid basis. You will coach cross-functional Product and Engineering squads, foster high-performing teams, and remove impediments to deliver better outcomes for customers and the business.

You’ll partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Delivery leadership to improve flow, predictability and delivery health while embracing Agile practices and governance across the wider technology organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master or similar role within complex product environments.
• Experience supporting cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and modern product development practices.
• Strong facilitation and coaching capability.
• Experience using delivery metrics to identify impediments and improve flow.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate effective squad ceremonies and ways of working, creating an environment where teams collaborate and own delivery.
• Coach squads in Agile principles and practices to improve autonomy and continuous improvement.
• Identify and help remove impediments, dependencies and delivery constraints.
• Use delivery metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve flow and reliability.
• Partner with Product Owners and squads to plan, refine and deliver in manageable increments.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve governance and transparency of delivery health.
