Job summary

Future Talent Group is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager for a defence technology business focused on next-generation uncrewed and autonomous systems across air, land and maritime domains.

The role leads delivery of complex, multidisciplinary technology programmes spanning hardware, software and integrated engineering systems, taking products from concept through deployment in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex hardware, software and integrated technology products from concept through deployment.
Experience applying Agile ways of working within fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Domain experience in aerospace/defence technology or autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery across complex hardware and software engineering programmes.
Align multidisciplinary engineering teams around priorities, milestones and outcomes.
Manage dependencies, risks, blockers and competing priorities.
Drive rapid product development within an evolving environment.
Support products from early concept and R&D through development, manufacturing readiness and deployment.
Create structure and visibility without overbearing process.
Collaborate with engineering, product and senior stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.
