Job summary

Wlgroup in Wiltshire seeks a senior delivery lead to bridge the project manager, customer representative and sponsor. You will ensure the roadmap, sprints and risks are managed and traceable, with weekly progress summaries and on-site support for Q3/Q4 2026.

You should have 10+ years delivering defence information systems, with Agile and PRINCE2 experience, strong risk and budget management, and an ability to communicate in clear English as a NATO-citizen. On-site work in Wiltshire is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years delivering information systems in defence environments.
• Proven record managing projects, programmes or portfolios using Agile and PRINCE2.
• Focus on risk management to pre-empt issues.
• Strong financial acumen for budgets and delivery on time and to budget.

Responsibilities

• Participate in roadmap meetings with project manager, customer rep and sponsor.
• Review and update sprint planning for traceability across development.
• Write weekly progress summaries detailing priorities, dependencies and risks.
• Support Q3 and Q4 2026 sprint and project meetings on site.
• Maintain project tasking, progress reporting, risk ID and issue tracking.
• Use and establish project documentation as the planning tool.
• Support the customer's embedded rep, remotely and in person.
• Run formal knowledge handover sessions before contract end.
