Job summary

Johnson Matthey in the United Kingdom is seeking an Agile Business Analyst to translate complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for data, integration and low-code products.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, collaborate across business, product, engineering and platform teams, and support the full delivery lifecycle from discovery through testing and implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on digital, data or technology-led products and services.
• Strong stakeholder management with clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery approaches and backlog management.
• Experience analysing data, mapping processes and translating insights into practical business requirements.
• Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, data integration platforms, workflow automation or low-code technologies.

Pay Range: €44000 - €55000

The role

As an Agile Business Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

• Translating complex business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for data, integration and low-code products.
• Leading stakeholder workshops and facilitating collaboration between business, product, engineering and platform teams.
• Supporting the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and business case development through to testing and implementation.
• Analysing business processes, data flows and automation opportunities to identify scalable solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Defining and documenting data quality, governance and integration requirements to support reliable decision‑making.
• Driving alignment across teams, managing change effectively and helping deliver value‑focused digital transformation initiatives.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role

• Experience as a Business Analyst working on digital, data or technology‑led products and services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery approaches and experience creating and prioritising epics, user stories and backlogs.
• Experience analysing data, mapping processes and translating insights into practical business requirements.
• Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, data integration platforms, workflow automation or low‑code technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, facilitation and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
