Job summary

Trimble seeks a Product Builder to own the technical development, quality, and performance of engineering work using agentic AI tools. You will work as a full-stack engineer across frontend and backend, ensuring secure and scalable architectures and robust testing.

You may specialize as SDETs, Engineers, DevOps, or Architecture professionals, delivering features with a strong emphasis on product outcomes and KPI alignment. In-office role in Newcastle, UK.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI coding agents and evaluating their outputs.
• Strong prompt design and oversight of AI-generated code.
• Proven ability to design and implement E2E tests across stack.
• Deep knowledge of modern full-stack development (frontend + backend).
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Agent orchestration: manage AI agents for coding/documentation/refactoring.
• Design scalable architectures for agent-driven development with secure pipelines.
• Build frontend features and backend services with tests and quality gates.
• Define testing standards, write unit/integration/E2E tests, automate testing.
