Job summary

Perceptive Group seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to design and operationalize AI capabilities that enhance clinical trials. Your work will improve automation and data quality in medical imaging, alongside a cross-functional team.

This role involves generating workflows, prototyping new features, and ensuring safety and compliance. A Master’s degree and solid software engineering skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid professional software engineering experience, including shipping production systems.
• Experience implementing LLM-based systems (agentic workflows, tool calling, structured outputs).
• Experience in healthcare/life sciences, clinical trials, imaging workflows, or regulated environments is a plus.

• Design, build, and operationalize agentic AI capabilities.
• Translate clinical-trial imaging workflows into agent-ready task models.
• Promote engineering best practices for agentic systems.
