Perceptive is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer in the United Kingdom to lead the design, implementation, and operation of multi-step agentic AI workflows for medical imaging clinical trials. You will drive automation, data quality, and PDLC integration while mentoring engineers and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

The role focuses on scalable backend services, MLOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration with product, QA, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Solid professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor engineers on agent design and production readiness.
• Design end-to-end agentic workflows with planning, tool use, and outputs.
• Own production deployments, CI/CD and observability.
