Job summary

Keyman is seeking Site Agents across the Anglian Waters patch to advance civil engineering projects from Essex to Hertfordshire. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate planning, and report progress to the Project Manager while ensuring safety compliance.

A strong team leadership background and SMSTS/SSSTS with First Aid are required and diverse experience is welcomed. The role offers permanent, on-site work with hands-on management of multi-discipline teams to deliver projects

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS certification is required.
• First Aid training is required.
• Experience of leading a large team and project; diverse backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate activity under the Project Manager.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Assist site management with health and safety matters and compliance.
• Liaise with departments to drive efficiency and smooth delivery.
• Directly supervise Sub Agents and General Foreman, providing technical guidance.

Looking for an exciting opportunity to advance your career in civil engineering? We are currently seeking Site Agents for multiple roles across the strategic pipeline contract, covering the Anglian Waters patch.

Responsibilities

• As a Site Agent, you will play a key role in improving and innovating the movement of water more freely across the region.
• You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the site, reporting to a Project Manager, and planning and coordinating the project.
• You will also be responsible for producing progress reports, assisting the site management team with health and safety matters, and liaising with different departments for efficiency in the role.
• You will directly supervise Sub Agents and General Foreman, and provide technical assistance to ensure the project is completed successfully.

Qualifications

• You will need to have an SMSTS/SSSTS certification, and First Aid training.
• You will also need to have experience working with a large team and project, but we welcome applicants with diverse experience and perspectives.

Projects are based from Essex to Hertfordshire
