Coaley Church of England Primary Academy is seeking an After School Club Leader to oversee our wraparound provision. You will create a safe, welcoming environment where children can relax, play, learn and thrive after the school day.

Plan activities, build positive relationships with children and families, and ensure safeguarding and wellbeing are upheld. The role supports up to 15 children per session, requires independent initiative, and a warm, reliable approach.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with primary-aged children is desirable.
• Able to plan engaging activities and manage a small group.
• Strong communication with children and families is essential.

Responsabilités

• Care for children during the after-school session and provide snack time.
• Plan and deliver a range of creative activities.
• Ensure children are safely collected by a parent or guardian.
• Lead a wraparound provision for up to 15 children per session.

Areyou passionate about working with children and creating fun, engagingexperiences beyond the school day? We are looking for a caring, enthusiasticand organised After School Club Leader to join our friendly school team.

Thisis a wonderful opportunity to lead our popular wraparound provision, providinga safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can relax, play,learn and thrive. You will plan and deliver a range of creative activities,build positive relationships with children and families, and ensure the higheststandards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing.

Thesuccessful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative, toprovide general afterschool support to a maximum of 15 children in any onesession. We will expect you to be a good role model for our children and workas part of a supportive team.

Theduties include caring for the children, providing snack time, planning generalactivities during the session and ensuring that the children are safelycollected by their parent.

Thesuccessful candidate will be warm, reliable and committed to helping everychild feel valued and included. Experience of working with primary-agedchildren is desirable, along with strong communication skills.
