Job summary

St Michael and All Angels Catholic Primary School, Wombwell, is seeking a Wraparound Care Supervisor to lead the daily after-school wraparound provision, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of pupils in your care.

The post is term-time only (plus 2 inset days) and is temporary until 31 December 2026, with a potential for permanent appointment subject to project funding.

Working hours are Thursday and Friday from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm, with an emphasis on engaging activities and safeguarding compliance.

Qualifications

• Safeguarding training is required.
• Experience with supervising children is preferred but not explicitly stated.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the wrap around provision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils.
• Work alongside the provision assistant and other staff, preparing engaging activities.
• Complete Level 3 safeguarding training and supervise children with SLT.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
