Job description

Nicholas Associates has an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales & Support Manager. This key role is responsible for managing all aftersales operations. You will collaborate with both the Sales and Operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting business targets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all Return Material Authorization (RMA) activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage warranty claims and ensure prompt, professional resolution of issues.
  • Oversee support and service contracts to enhance recurring revenue and customer retention.
  • Control inventory, including customer-owned stock and returned materials.
  • Achieve high performance against business objectives and service standards.
  • Execute RMA administration following company procedures.
  • Prepare reports on aftersales activities, customer satisfaction, and service performance.
  • Monitor and analyze aftersales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously improve aftersales policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in returns management, account management, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong project management, planning, and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence and work across different levels of a business.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Logical, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
