Job summary
Barretts Jaguar Land Rover in Canterbury is seeking a Service Manager to lead our JLR workshop operation. You will drive productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction, reporting to Head of Client Care and shaping a high-performing workshop culture. The role focuses on delivering premium service, budgets and KPIs while developing the team and processes within Barretts, a respected automotive retailer in the UK.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager, Workshop Manager or similar leadership role within a franchised automotive retailer.
Strong track record of leading workshop operations and delivering financial and operational performance.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills to develop technicians and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the workshop team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Support recruitment, training and succession planning to build capability.
Conduct performance reviews and development discussions to help colleagues grow.
