Pentagon Motor Group in Nottingham is seeking a Service Advisor to join our Chilwell team. You will handle customer inquiries, promote value-added services and coordinate workshop loading to keep the service department moving smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent organisation and clear communication. Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm with training and progression opportunities across the Pentagon network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong admin, organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional aftersales service and manage customer enquiries.
