Qualifications

  • Strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager from a franchised dealership.
  • Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous.

Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford Transit Centre in Slough. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of up to £50,000.00 with an OTE of £60,000, a company provided vehicle and an overachievement bonus.

This position reports to the General Manager.

Previous Experience

To be considered for this position you will have strong previous experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager ideally from a franchised dealership. We also look for the following skills and experience:

  • Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Fantastic organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • An ability to overcome customer issues
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous

  • Maintaining an understanding of all relevant consumer and local market influences
  • Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial results and exceptional customer service
