Job summary

Talent Guardian is recruiting an experienced Aftersales Manager in Wimborne, Dorset. The role oversees the day-to-day aftersales operation across Service, Parts and Workshop to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a team of technicians and support staff, ensure KPI targets and warranty standards are met, and identify opportunities to improve processes and profitability. Strong leadership and a focus on customer retention are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a vehicle aftersales/workshop team.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and improve productivity.
• Strong customer service and fleet account skills.
• Knowledge of UK Health & Safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the aftersales team including technicians and support staff.
• Manage workshop capacity, workload and technician allocation to minimise downtime.
• Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Review and improve aftersales and workshop processes.
• Improve communication between Service, Parts, Workshop, Sales and Accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, fleet operators and major accounts.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and service issues professionally.
