Duties of an Aftersales Manager:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the service and parts teams to deliver outstanding customer service
- Enhance workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Monitor compliance with statutory regulations and uphold Mercedes-Benz quality standards
- Manage departmental budgets and control costs effectively
- Develop strategies to increase parts sales and service revenue
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Conduct regular performance appraisals, one-to-ones, and personal development plans for team members
- Oversee health and safety policies, risk assessments, and safety training
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance departments to uphold company standards
- Drive business growth initiatives and staff development from the front
Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
- Extensive motor industry experience with a proven track record in an aftersales management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
