TrustFord is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead the Service Department at a franchised dealership in the UK. You will drive volume, profitability and productivity while reviewing sales performance and motivating a large team across service, parts and workshop operations.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join us. You will be responsible for the Service Department at our Dealership and ensure that volume and profit targets are met. The successful candidate will maximise productivity and identify new opportunities to innovate and improve all aspects of the business. The successful candidate will closely oversee sales activity by reviewing performance with the team and agree actions required to improve sales. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self motivated and has the ability to motivate and support others in a fast paced environment.
