Job summary

Snows Peugeot in Basingstoke is seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead the dealership’s Aftersales team, delivering profitability and exceptional service.

You will collaborate with Sales and Administration across the network, manage day-to-day service operations and drive customer satisfaction at the highest standards.

We are on the lookout for anAftersales Managerto ensure the best post-sale care is delivered by the team at ourSnows Peugeotdealership based in Basingstoke.

TheAftersales Managerwill lead and manage the dealership’s Aftersales team to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction:

• Manage the Aftersales team ensuring all agreed customer service targets are met to maintain the brand experience
• Ensure that the Aftersales team work effectively with the Sales and Administration teams (and, where necessary, also across other dealerships) to ensure excellent customer service
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Service Department in terms of resource requirements to ensure the key targets of the franchise are achieved.
