Job summary

LSH Auto is seeking an Aftersales Executive for Mercedes-Benz in the UK to deliver a smooth service journey from enquiry to completion. You will build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate with customer-facing and workshop teams to maintain high service standards.

With 1–2 years in automotive aftersales or a related role, you'll update customers on repair progress, coordinate bookings, and contribute to upselling service plans and parts. Hours are 45 per week.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in automotive aftersales or similar customer-facing environment.
• Experience providing service-progress updates to customers in a dealership aftersales setting.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience with Keyloop is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer service bookings and manage aftersales enquiries efficiently.
• Monitor repair progress and keep customers updated throughout the service journey.
• Work closely with workshop teams to ensure timely service delivery.

As an Aftersales Executive - Mercedes Benz, you will help deliver a smooth and professional service journey for customers from initial enquiry through to completion. This role is focused on building trust, maintaining clear communication, and supporting strong collaboration across customer-facing and workshop teams to ensure a consistently high standard of service.

Hours - 45

Salary - Up to £49,987

• Experience providing service-progress updates to customers, including explaining repair timelines and managing expectations in a dealership aftersales setting.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience with Keyloop is preferred but not essential.
