My client is one of the UK's leading providers of affordable housing and care services. They are looking for an Aftersales consultant to join their busy team!

The Role

In this role, you'll:

  • Hit monthly targets for equity loan and staircasing completions.
  • Keep customers in the loop with regular updates on their transactions.
  • Read and interpret leases and legal charges, offering top-notch advice to customers and our internal and external partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system.
  • Ensure we're compliant with FCA and AML regulations.
  • Work closely with all parties to ensure transactions wrap up smoothly and on time.
  • Stay current with legislation and product developments.
  • Handle first-stage complaints, gather necessary info, and respond effectively to customers.

What You'll Need

  • Solid experience with Equity Loans, staircasing, and shared ownership products.
  • A track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Great customer service skills with experience handling challenging situations.
  • Practical knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations and FCA legislation.
  • The ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Monday-Friday, 2-3 days WFH
  • Progression routes within the company
  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays
