LSH Auto UK Limited is seeking an Aftersales Executive for Mercedes-Benz to oversee a smooth service journey from enquiry to completion. You will build trust, keep customers informed, and collaborate with workshop teams to maintain high standards of service.

The role focuses on customer communication, resolving issues, and supporting upsell of service plans and maintenance packages; 45-hour weeks with a competitive salary and OTE bonuses.

Qualifications

1–2 years in automotive aftersales or related customer-facing role.
Experience giving service-progress updates to customers in dealership context.
Valid UK driver's licence and eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience with Keyloop is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate service bookings and manage aftersales enquiries.
Monitor repair progress and provide updates to customers.
Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Address customer concerns to sustain satisfaction and loyalty.
Support upselling of service plans, parts, and maintenance packages.
