Job summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Admin to support a logistics company in Coalville. The role operates on an afternoon shift from 2pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday, and is office-based with hands-on warehouse tasks as needed.

You will provide administration support to both Warehouse and Customer Service teams, handling data entry, stock control, reports, and inquiries. The assignment is long-term with potential for permanent placement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous admin experience is required, ideally in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to provide good customer service for inbound/outbound inquiries.
• Good telephone manner and clear communication with internal teams and drivers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse: data entry, stock control, printing picking sheets, creating reports, resolving discrepancies, liaising with delivery drivers.
• Customer Service: handle inbound/outbound client communication by phone or email, respond to questions, route to appropriate team, liaise with other departments.
