• Oversees daily Afternoon Tea and Lounge service
• Responsible for creating 5* luxury guest experience
• Works with F&B Director to achieve staffing levels and performance
• Owns, delivers and maintains an effective training and development program for all team members
• Conducts sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and profit
• Ensures the menu and environment reflect a luxury establishment and meet guest expectations
• Focuses on delivering consistent, high-energy service in a dynamic setting
• Requires leadership to inspire the team daily to exceed guest expectations
