The Ritz London in London, England invites applications for an Afternoon Tea Commis Waiter/Waitress in the iconic William Kent House. You will support the Afternoon Tea service, collaborating with the Chef De Rang to deliver the highest standard of hospitality.

You should have experience in a luxury 5-star property, thrive under pressure, and communicate clearly in English. The role offers a 4 on/3 off schedule, 10:00 to 22:00 shifts, and access to benefits such as staff holidays and a training

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
• Good command of the English language
• Ability to display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the Afternoon Tea service and deliver each course with the Chef De Rang
• Prepare mise en place and collect items needed from the kitchen
• Ensure Ritz London standards are reached while assisting guests
