Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is seeking a part-time Caretaker to support a cluster of schools across Plymouth, with duties spanning general caretaking, maintenance and site presentation.

The role covers afternoon hours around 2:30pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for the right candidate; travel between sites is expected.

Candidates should have prior caretaking or facilities experience; a full driving licence and safeguarding checks will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaker, facilities, maintenance or site work is advantageous.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• General caretaking and site maintenance duties across multiple sites.
• Ensure premises are safe, secure and well maintained.
• Assist with opening and closing of sites and site movement between locations.
• Respond to general site issues and maintain presentation.
