Job summary

Primal Strength Ltd. is seeking an organised Order Management Associate to join our small team for a 6-month period at our Paisley site.

You will own day-to-day processing that keeps orders moving: contacting customers to book pallet deliveries, keying them onto courier platforms, and dispatching orders accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced operations, data, and hands-on experience in logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin, order processing, warehouse or customer service role.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Confident using computers, including Excel and Outlook.
• Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise when things change quickly.
• Confident speaking with customers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and email to book in for palletised deliveries.
• Key pallet deliveries onto different courier platforms.
• Process customer orders through to dispatch, within daily service cut-offs.
• Support the team with general admin during high volume and staff absence.
