Job summary

Bright Horizons Norfolk Lodge Montessori Day Nursery and Preschool in Barnet, North London, is hiring an Early Years Practitioner for a part-time role from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development toward EYFS milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, understands safeguarding, and can build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/caregivers.

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to encourage development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves, engage their minds and foster a lifelong love of learning.
