Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool in Esher, Surrey invites applications for a part-time Early Years Practitioner (lunch cover 20 hours per week, 11am–3pm). You will plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities aligned to EYFS, helping children reach milestones in a safe, inclusive environment.

You will hold Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, possess safeguarding knowledge, and build strong partnerships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for key children.
• Ensure a safe environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning.
• Develop trust with colleagues and parents to support children’s development.
