Job summary

Bright Horizons Norfolk Lodge Montessori Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Barnet, North London. The role is part-time, afternoons from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, with a 4-hour daily schedule and an onsite position at EN5 4RP.

You will plan and implement engaging activities aligned with the EYFS, ensuring safeguarding and child protection standards. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and passion for inclusive learning are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to children to encourage development toward key milestones.
