Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. You will plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward milestones in a safe, nurturing setting.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification with EYFS knowledge, safeguarding experience, and the ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
