Job summary

Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool in London is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join a 79-place setting. This part-time role runs 1:30pm to 6:30pm and focuses on planning engaging activities that support children's development and love of learning.

You will work within a caring team, ensuring EYFS safeguarding and partnerships with parents, while benefiting from generous childcare discounts, enhanced leave, and access to professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones
