Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate and adaptable practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs. This is a community-based role, working beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.

You will deliver tailored intervention sessions, build positive relationships, monitor progress, and work with families and professionals to support stability and re-engagement with education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Experience supporting young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to commit to a minimum of three days’ availability per week to provide consistency for our young people
• Willingness to obtain business car insurance prior to commencing the role
• Experience with SEMH
• Experience with Mental Health Issues
• Trauma Informed Practice
