Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a diligent Contracts Customer Care Advisor to join our Contracts and Social Housing team in the United Kingdom. You will manage post-completion aftercare for housebuilders and homeowners, coordinating with installers to meet SLAs and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, using CRMs and portals to track cases, raise POs, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Customer care or kitchen industry experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of aftercare cases from start to resolution.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with housebuilders and homeowners.
• Schedule and coordinate aftercare works with installers.
• Update customer portals and internal CRM systems within SLA requirements.
• Raise and process purchase orders and subcontractor invoices.
• Complete general administrative tasks.
• Build strong relationships with customers and installation partners.
• Identify opportunities to support team and operational growth.
