Job summary

KOOSA Kids are recruiting an After School Club Supervisor to join the team at The Blue School in Isleworth from September 2026. This part-time, term-time role runs Monday to Friday 3.05pm–6pm, with full support from the Regional Manager and Head Office.

You will supervise a small team, deliver engaging activities, ensure a safe, Ofsted-compliant environment, and manage day-to-day operations of the after school club.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of supervisory experience in childcare, early years or playwork.
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork is beneficial.
• Experience in Primary School/Pre-School/Nursery preferred.
• Reliable and passionate about childcare.

Responsibilities

• Overall day-to-day management of the After School Club at The Blue School.
• Print daily registers and manage sign in/out with school staff and parents.
• Deliver KOOSA Kids activities after school for children.
• Support inclusion for children with additional needs.
• Purchase healthy snacks for the After School Club.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and KOOSA Kids policies and safeguarding.
• Complete daily risk assessments and keep relevant records.
• Maintain clean and safe activity areas and perform duties.
