Job summary

Koosa Kids is seeking an enthusiastic After School Club Supervisor to lead our program at The Blue School in Isleworth. You will oversee a small team, create safe and engaging sessions for children aged 4–11, and coordinate activities with the school and families.

You will ensure high standards of safety and fun, delivering a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play while maintaining strong relationships with parents and central operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with games, sports, and positive vibes.

• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.
