Job summary

KOOSA Kids Ltd is recruiting a Breakfast Club Supervisor for The Blue School, Isleworth, TW7. The role operates school mornings, 7:25am to 8:45am, during term time, Monday to Friday. You will lead a small team, manage sign-in/out, deliver activities, and safeguard children aged 4–11.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years supervisory experience in childcare or playwork.
• Level 3 NVQ/ diploma in childcare or playwork is beneficial but not required.
• Experience in primary school or nursery settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the breakfast club at The Blue School.
• Maintain sign-in/out procedures and liaise with parents and staff.
• Deliver KOOSA Kids activities and supervise colleagues.
• Ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance and complete risk assessments.
• Oversee clean-up and health and safety duties at close.
