Job summary

Koosa Kids, part of the Junior Adventures Group, is looking for an passionate After School Club Supervisor to lead a small team and create safe, exciting experiences for children aged 4–11 at partner schools in Isleworth, Greater London.

You will deliver a mix of sports, arts, and structured play, while coordinating with schools, families, and central operations. DBS checks and safeguarding procedures are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with energy, starting the day with games and positive vibes.
• Lead after-school activities like arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
• Plan engaging sessions that are age-appropriate, inclusive, and fun.
• Manage and motivate your team to deliver brilliant care and play experiences.
• Communicate confidently with parents, your team, the host school, and central operations.
• Ensure health & safety, safeguarding, and company procedures are followed with confidence.

Location: The Blue School,North Street, Isleworth, Greater London, TW7 6RQ

Hours: 3.00pm - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday, Term Time contract with holiday camp option as overtime.

Pay: £13.85 per hour - £15.10 per hour, depending on experience

As an After School Club Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of one of our children’s activity clubs, creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4–11. You’ll lead a small team, build strong relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every single day!

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Greet children each morning and afternoon with fun and energy, kickstarting the day with games, sports, and positive vibes.
