Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience required.
• Degree in business economics or electrical/mechanical engineering desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills essential.
• Assertive, adaptable and friendly with strong people skills.
• Can-do attitude with time management and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of energy industry contracts and commercial/technical aspects.
• MS Office proficiency; SAP experience advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Wind industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers on technical and commercial queries.
• Own end-to-end After Sales accounts as holistic client relationship manager.
• Coordinate solution findings with regional service department.
• Manage O&M contracts and contractual obligations under service agreements.
• Negotiate service contracts and ensure conformity of terms and content.
• Develop new contract concepts and products for customers.
• Support post-sales activities and provide timely responses to issues.
• Prepare documentation and technical data per requirements.
• Represent customer perspective within Service and liaise with ENERCON teams.
• Identify process improvements and assist in creditworthiness checks.
