Job summary

ENERCON is seeking an After Sales Manager based in Huntington with hybrid work (minimum two days in the office). You will be the primary contact for customers on technical and commercial matters, managing After Sales accounts end-to-end, coordinating with service teams, and negotiating service contracts.

The role requires 2 years of Customer Service experience, a university degree in a relevant field, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years Customer Service experience is essential.
• University Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar field desirable.
• Excellent organisational and people skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers on technical and commercial queries.
• End-to-end responsibility for After Sales accounts and relationships.
• Coordinate solutions with the service department regionally.
• Negotiate and quote service contracts and identify additional products/services.
• Prepare documentation and maintain customer records and compliance.
