Job Description:

This role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

The role in a nutshell

Reporting to the Head of Partner Operations, you will manage operational and technical relationships with large affiliate networks. You will support internal teams (commercial, finance, D&I, Product) and partner discussions related to affiliate networks. Collaborating with commercial, new business, and partners, you will ensure integrations support current and future business needs. You will review UNiDAYS tracking with affiliates and partners to improve accuracy, data collection, visibility, and financial processes.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Manage operational and technical relationships with affiliate networks and UNiDAYS direct partnerships.
  • Build relationships with key affiliate networks to stay informed on industry and technical updates.
  • Serve as the UNiDAYS expert on affiliate network tracking and attribution.
  • Support new business activities with technical expertise during pre-sales processes.
  • Lead integration and audit initiatives to identify and address revenue loss and improve tracking integrity.
  • Assist commercial teams and partners with technical queries and troubleshooting.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams for future development.
  • Maintain regular communication with key affiliates on integration and features.
  • Help internal teams enhance their knowledge of affiliate tracking.

What we need from you

  • Experience working with affiliate network technology from a technical and operational perspective, ideally within a major affiliate network or related roles.
  • Understanding of tracking and attribution approaches, including app-specific considerations.
  • Partner-facing experience with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
  • Analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify trends.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and APIs to support partner integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
