Affiliate Partner Manager

Grow our partner and affiliate network. You will recruit, onboard, and support affiliates including financial bloggers, accountants, IFAs, and content creators. You will own the relationship from first contact through to ongoing performance optimisation.

What we are looking for

• Experience in affiliate or partner management
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Understanding of commission structures and performance metrics
• Existing network in UK personal finance is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with CRM tools and reporting dashboards

Review and fact-check financial education content for accuracy, clarity, and UK regulatory compliance. Our education platform covers tax, investing, credit, and crypto. You will ensure all content is up to date with the latest HMRC rules and legislative changes.

What we are looking for

• Strong knowledge of UK tax, pensions, ISAs, and investment products
• Ability to spot inaccuracies and outdated information quickly
• Understanding of HMRC rules and UK regulatory landscape
• Experience reviewing or editing financial content

Drive subscriptions through direct outreach, demos, and relationship selling. You will demonstrate the platform to potential users and businesses, handle objections, and close deals. Clear commission structure with uncapped earning potential.

What we are looking for

• Proven sales track record in B2C or B2B SaaS
• Confidence presenting and demoing software products
• Self-motivated with strong time management
• Interest in personal finance or fintech
• Comfortable working to targets with transparent performance metrics

Legal Counsel (FCA & Financial Regulation)

Advise on FCA licensing requirements, financial promotions compliance, and UK regulatory matters. We are exploring regulated activities including peer-to-peer lending and cryptocurrency services, and need ongoing counsel on licensing, compliance obligations, and consumer protection law.

What we are looking for

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with financial regulation experience
• Deep knowledge of FCA authorisation processes and compliance
• Experience advising fintech companies on licensing
• Understanding of UK crypto regulation (FCA registration, financial promotions)
• Experience with consumer credit licensing is a strong advantage

Design financial interfaces that make complex data feel simple. You will work across web and mobile, creating everything from dashboard layouts to onboarding flows. We value clarity over cleverness and accessibility over aesthetics.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of product design experience (web and mobile)
• Strong portfolio showing data-heavy or fintech interfaces
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
• Ability to work iteratively and ship quickly
