Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for aerothermal, ensuring accurate flow-down of aerodynamic and thermodynamic modelling requirements.
• Perform technical analysis of gas path aerothermal functionality at subsystem and component level with suitable fidelity.
• Plan verification and validation activities to ensure modelling and powerplant aspects meet expectations and calibrate against measured data.
• Integrate gas path aerothermal systems with adjacent areas to deliver optimised systems.
• Define concepts for gas path aerothermal systems and evaluate using analytical methods to support robust platform and powerplant level trades.
