Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, proposition or training development.
• Experience designing professional training materials.
• Excellent written English with publication quality materials.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of assigned products, from design to maintenance.
• Lead product design activities with SMEs and create detailed specifications.
• Develop high-quality product materials using templates and tools.
• Manage product development delivery, roadmap, and milestones.
• Ensure QA, branding, and IP compliance for releases.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and delivery teams.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in usability and scalability across formats.
